By accessing or using BANKXY's conversion services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

BANKXY provides an automated software service that extracts transaction data from PDF bank statements and outputs the data into Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you have the legal right to possess, upload, and process any bank statements you submit to BANKXY. You are solely responsible for ensuring the extracted data is accurate before using it for accounting or financial purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

While BANKXY strives for 100% accuracy, we cannot guarantee perfection due to variations in bank statement layouts. BANKXY shall not be held liable for any financial losses, accounting errors, or damages resulting from inaccurate data parsing or reliance on the exported Excel files. Manual verification of output data is strongly recommended.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
